Frank is a father of three and Hill Custom Home Improvements & Cabinetry, Inc. is a family owned and operated, local Harrisburg area company. Along with the services listed on the Services page, Frank is also available to perform many “everyday” household maintenance and repair jobs including electrical and plumbing.
